Today was an extremely stressful day at work, with more problems than solutions. I know tomorrow will also be a difficult one, so I took one hour off this evening to do yoga and relaxation techniques. I've been practicing yoga for about 11 years now, and if I go too long between even a short practice, my body starts creaking like a rusty door hinge.
